Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other locations: 5–8 business days

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- Orders below ₹999 may include a standard shipping fee
- COD orders may include an additional charge
Order Confirmation (COD Orders)
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you for confirmation via call or message. Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to keep you updated.
Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email at support@devenor.shop to track your shipment.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
